Poetry: I Laid A Wreath Upon Your Grave

I laid a wreath upon your grave,

I placed it softly down.

Placing it there so you would know,

Our love for you still grows.

I laid a wreath upon your grave,

Soft bells, blue snowflakes and kisses made of tears.

Gentle reminders of Christmas through the years.

I laid a wreath upon your grave,

For all the sacrifices made.

Years of love and memories,

I'd trade to have you back.

Losing you doesn't get easier,

But angels never fade.
